Upside Your Head ” and as part of the settlement deal were added to the list of songwriters.
In addition to the Gap Band settlement, Serbian pop star Viktorija has also made claims that ” Uptown Funk ” infringed her song ” Ulice Mracne Nisu Za Devojke “.
Despite the claims and lawsuits the song remains popular and has passed the billionth view on YouTube, becoming the ninth video on the site to receive over a Billion views.
